Shipping Policy

Products ship from California using the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. The shipping cost is calculated automatically using our on-line shopping cart. Rates vary based on the amount of your order.
If the shipping cost is less than what you paid, you will receive a partial refund.
We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate. However, we cannot guarantee every item’s availability. In the event an item(s) is out of stock, we will promptly notify you.
We cannot guarantee a delivery date and apologize in advance for any shipping delay.
We strive to ship all items within 1 business day, when possible. We often ship orders the same day they’re placed.
Order confirmation and shipping tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you.

Orders of $35.00 to $49.99 = $7.00 (USPS First Class – 2-7 business days)
$50.00 and more = Free shipping (USPS First Class – 2-7 business days)
USPS Priority Mail = $9.50 (2-3 business days)
USPS Priority Mail Express = $28.00 (1-2 days delivery to most U.S. locations in most cases)
UPS Next Day Air Saver = $39.00 (1-2 days delivery to most U.S. locations in most cases)

FedEx Express (3-5 days):
Orders of $0.99 to $99.99 = $18.00
$100.00 and more = $25.00

Africa
FedEx Express (3-7 days):

Customs may stop your parcel for inspection depending on your country’s rules and regulations.
The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may apply to the destination country.
ItaCakes is not responsible for any package that may get lost or detained in customs.
All orders are marked as merchandise on the customs form with the proper description of the items in your package.

Damage During Shipment

We want you to receive your order intact, but in the event of damage, please notify us immediately when you receive any damaged merchandise.
Email us immediately, informing us of the type of damage (include a photo, if possible).

Returns

Returns will only be accepted in the case of a product defect with prior notification and our approval.
Please send us an e-mail within 72 hours of receiving the order describing the product defect.
All merchandise should be returned in its original packaging/condition.

Missing Packages/Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items

We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are left outside of your house or lost during shipping.
Once items are shipped, we are no longer in control of your package, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. We only have the capacity to track a package. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 to file a claim for the missing shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.

Canceled Orders 

Canceled orders are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
