2. How do I place an order?
Select your items by clicking “Add to Cart.” New items are shown at the top right corner of the page next to Cart. Select ”Checkout” to proceed to payment/shipping.

3. What if I’m struggling to place an order online?
If you need assistance, email us at admin@itacakes.com with the details of your order.

4. How long does it take to process an order?
Weekday orders are typically shipped within two business days and tracking numbers are supplied. If your order is placed over the weekend, on holiday, or during a noted vacation period, we will ship out your order on the next available business day. 

5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more.
 
6. Do you ship international?
Yes, we have ship orders worldwide.

7. Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we use secure encryption to ensure your credit card and personal information is secure, and we NEVER give out your information. We’ve safely shipped to more than 80 countries worldwide.
